We’re committed to getting your Fit Snack box out the door quickly and securely!

Carrier:
All orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage, Fed Ex Ground Economy, or UPS Ground Saver with tracking. * For bulk or office orders we will use FedEx or UPS.

Processing Time:
Orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after payment has been successfully received and cleared.

Estimated Delivery Time:
Once shipped, USPS Ground Advantage, Fed Ex Ground Economy, and UPS Ground Saver typically delivers within 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking:
A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Domestic Shipping Only:
At this time, we only ship within the United States.

Monthly Subscription Shipping Policy

All monthly subscriptions are fulfilled and shipped within 2–3 business days after payment has been successfully received and cleared.

Subscriptions purchased on or after the 25th of each month will receive the following month’s Fit Snack box.

Example:
If a monthly subscription is placed on March 25, Fit Snack will fulfill and ship the April box within 2–3 business days after payment is received and cleared.

Unless changed by the subscriber, each monthly subscription renews on the same day each month. All future shipments will follow the same billing and shipping timeline based on that renewal date.

Pre-Paid Subscription Shipping Policy

All pre-paid subscriptions, including 3, 6, and 12 month plans, ship within 2–3 business days after payment has been successfully received and cleared.

If a pre-paid subscription is purchased on or after the 25th of the month, the first shipment will be the following month’s box.

Example:
A subscription purchased on March 25 will receive the April Fit Snack box as the first shipment.

All remaining boxes included in the pre-paid subscription will ship during the first two weeks of each following month.

Fulfillment Schedule

  • Orders purchased between the 25th and 10th will have future boxes shipped during the first week of the month
  • Orders purchased between the 11th and 24th will have future boxes shipped during the second week of the month

Examples

Three-Month Pre-Paid Subscription Purchased on March 2

  • March box ships within 2–3 business days after payment clears
  • April box ships the first week of April
  • May box ships the first week of May

Three-Month Pre-Paid Subscription Purchased on March 25

  • April box ships within 2–3 business days after payment clears
  • May box ships the first week of May
  • June box ships the first week of June

All pre-paid subscriptions do not automatically renew.
