Fit Snack Shipping Policy

We’re committed to getting your Fit Snack box out the door quickly and securely!

Shipping Options

Fit Snack ships orders using USPS Ground Advantage, FedEx Ground Economy, or UPS Ground Saver, depending on the destination and shipping option selected. Tracking is provided for all shipments.

For bulk and office orders, Fit Snack may use FedEx or UPS based on shipment size, destination, and available service.

Standard Shipping Zone

Our standard shipping rates apply to eligible addresses within the contiguous United States, excluding the Extended Shipping Zone locations listed below.

Extended Shipping Zone

Due to higher carrier costs for certain destinations, orders shipping to our Extended Shipping Zone are subject to additional shipping charges.

The Extended Shipping Zone includes:

Alaska, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Oregon, Washington, and Wyoming, as well as Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, Micronesia, the Marshall Islands, Palau, Armed Forces Americas (AA), Armed Forces Europe (AE), and Armed Forces Pacific (AP).

Customers shipping to an Extended Shipping Zone destination may choose from the following options at checkout:

  • Economy Shipping: $5 flat shipping fee

  • USPS Ground Advantage: Carrier-calculated shipping rate displayed at checkout

Delivery times may vary for Extended Shipping Zone destinations and may take longer than our standard estimated delivery window.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after payment has been successfully received and cleared.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once shipped, USPS Ground Advantage, FedEx Ground Economy, and UPS Ground Saver typically deliver within 2–5 business days, depending on your location and carrier conditions.

Extended Shipping Zone destinations may require additional transit time.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent as soon as your order leaves our facility.

U.S. Shipping Only

At this time, Fit Snack ships within the United States and to the U.S. territories and military addresses included in our Extended Shipping Zone above. We do not currently offer international shipping to other destinations.

Monthly Subscription Shipping Policy

All monthly subscriptions are fulfilled and shipped within 2–3 business days after payment has been successfully received and cleared.

Subscriptions purchased on or after the 25th of each month will receive the following month’s Fit Snack box.

Example:
If a monthly subscription is placed on March 25, Fit Snack will fulfill and ship the April box within 2–3 business days after payment is received and cleared.

Unless changed by the subscriber, each monthly subscription renews on the same day each month. All future shipments will follow the same billing and shipping timeline based on that renewal date.

Shipping charges associated with the customer's shipping zone will apply to subscription orders as displayed at checkout.

Pre-Paid Subscription Shipping Policy

All pre-paid subscriptions, including 3, 6, and 12 month plans, ship within 2–3 business days after payment has been successfully received and cleared.

If a pre-paid subscription is purchased on or after the 25th of the month, the first shipment will be the following month’s box.

Example:
A subscription purchased on March 25 will receive the April Fit Snack box as the first shipment.

All remaining boxes included in the pre-paid subscription will ship during the first two weeks of each following month.

Fulfillment Schedule

  • Orders purchased between the 25th and 10th will have future boxes shipped during the first week of the month.

  • Orders purchased between the 11th and 24th will have future boxes shipped during the second week of the month.

Examples

Three-Month Pre-Paid Subscription Purchased on March 2

  • March box ships within 2–3 business days after payment clears.

  • April box ships the first week of April.

  • May box ships the first week of May.

Three-Month Pre-Paid Subscription Purchased on March 25

  • April box ships within 2–3 business days after payment clears.

  • May box ships the first week of May.

  • June box ships the first week of June.

All pre-paid subscriptions do not automatically renew.

Shipping charges associated with the customer's shipping zone will apply as displayed at checkout.
