Interested in pausing or cancelling your Fit Snack subscription box?

Pausing --

Going out of town or just need a little less Fit Snack deliciousness this month?  

No problem!  Simply e-mail us at [email protected] and let us know how long you want to pause your subscription box.  You can also call us if you like but e-mail is a lot easier and then you'll have a record of your request.  We'll update your account and e-mail you back a confirmation.

Please note that we auto-bill our members a few days before we ship out the monthly box, so if you catch us at the last moment, we may not be able to pause your shipment until the following month.  Thank you for your understanding.


Cancelling --

We're so sorry to hear that you want to cancel your subscription.  We'll be happy to help you out, of course.  

Just e-mail us at [email protected] with your request to cancel and we'll take care of it.  Could you do us a favor?  We are always trying to improve our services - so if you could take a moment and mention why you want to cancel your account in your e-mail to us, we'd appreciate it!  We promise you won't hurt our feelings - we really want to know so we can get better and better every month.

If you have a multi-month subscription (3, 6 or 12 months), you'll continue to get any boxes you've already paid for, but you won't be re-billed when the subscription is up for renewal.
